Research suggests it takes more than two months to form a new habit. While it’s nice to think a new habit will stick after a few tries, that’s not always the case. For many, an action plan is needed to encourage the new behavior.
But what should this plan look like? For instance, should you structure your time every day or embrace a more free-flowing schedule? Is it more effective to take baby steps or go for the whole enchilada immediately?
