I visited the site and am super impressed. It reminds me of an App that could help with completing customer profiles as part of empathy mapping for marketing. Very exciting possibilities.
Depending on freedom of information and privacy considerations, something that’s a faster, more accurate way of profiling what potential and real customers are really like could be very valuable.
Now if only it could capture what people say when describing a particular problem, how they think and what they believe about that problem.:)
I’m excited to trial their App and experiment with it’s potential.
